  • Using What They Know

    My students will work through a problem individually, with a partner or in small groups and then we will discuss as a class. I will then give a similar task (using just changing the numbers used In the original problem) as an exit ticket but a majority of my students seem confused and unsure of what to do even though we just completed a similar question. How do I help students use that they know and persevere through problems?
