Goal 1: Use VNPS and VRG consistently.

Goal 2: Improve my assessing abilities to better inform student instruction.

VNPS is vertical non-permanent surfaces and VRG is variable random grouping. I learned about these concepts in the Make Math Moments that Matter podcast featuring Peter Liljedahl (episode #21). You can also GOOGLE it — there are some nice .jpg files or .pdf files that illustrate the ideas. I’ve got those posted in my classroom.
