    <b>Long Term Goals:</b>

    • Continue to work on balance (conceptual/procedural/application), equity, and differentiation
    • Infuse more social justice into math – math is a language for making sense of our world, and point out the parts that just don’t make sense!

    <b>Shorter Term Goals:</b>

    • Find more 3-act tasks that will spark curiosity so that they become a very regular part of our class
    • Balance all the great possibilities (3-act tasks, open questions, estimation 180, would you rather…, etc.) so that there is a structure that makes sense
