    Sonya's Progress engaging students and ensuring learning online

    This is a great exercise for me. I preach to my students that they need to set goals and regularly reflect on their progress, but I’ve set a horrible example. My long-term goals are very general: increase student engagement; give students the confidence and the desire to persevere in problem solving, focus on activities as formative assessments to determine what individual students need, and to provide meaningful intervention/enrichment for all students. I realize that I need to be a bit more specific. My short term goal is to facilitate remote lessons that will keep students engaged and provide me with valuable feedback regarding student learning. How will I accomplish that? How will I measure that?
