I love the idea of the hinge question and that is going to be my action item for this coming month.
The connection to the 5 Practices was also great. The 5P revolutionized how I teach math and revisiting it in different contexts is helpful to my professional growth. The Formative 5 book is now in my Amazon cart. Thank you!

Fantastic! It is certainly a great read and a perfect way to jump start your assessment game!

Hi, thanks for the formative 5. I would work with my team on how to best use this. For me, the content is important to me and how the students understand my way of teaching it. I love the resources and templates you have shared. I would definately use them. The hinge questions need to be explicit for me I think. Thanks!😀
