    Rich task for 4th grade MD

    Does anyone have a few rich tasks that cover 4th grade MD standards? Particularly 4.MD.1, 4.MD.2, and 4.MD.3?

    On a related note, after looking more at these standards, I can’t believe we have a separate unit and summative assessment for them in my district’s curriculum. Wouldn’t it be better to interleave unit conversion and area/perimeter problems into units on multiplication and division? I feel like the way my curriculum is set up, it requires students to memorize conversions.
