  • Resources Needed

Hi everyone! My name is Allan Stevenson and I am a K-12 Numeracy Program Leader in Manitoba. I am going to be teaching 2 outcomes in grade 9 that I have no experience with yet. They are “Demonstrate an understanding of similarity of polygons” and “Drae and interpret scale diagrams of 2-D shapes”. Does anyone have some great resources, lessons, tools, etc that I might find useful? Thanks for sharing and let’s continue to learn with and from one another! As Graham Fletcher stated in a session I went to, “all of us are smarter than one of us”

    Hey @allanstevenson

    Thanks for reaching out.

I myself haven’t taught those learning goals yet. Try using our Problem Based Search Engine: https://makemathmoments.com/find/

Type in Similarity and have a look at the lessons and resources that pop up.
