    My goals for 2018-2019:

    1)  I want to learn more about sound pedagogical teaching strategies I can share with the math teachers in my district.

    2)  I want to help my teachers move from more of a direct-teach model to more of a problem-based model of teaching to engage and inspire students to think more critically about mathematics.

    3)  I want to incorporate rich tasks into the math curriculum at all levels, and then find a way to progress-monitor teachers and students who are using these tasks.

    Are you a math coach?  These are very worthwhile goals, the second is of particular interest to me. I am a middle school interventionist. I wasn’t sure if you had any ideas of how you would accomplish goal 2
