    This is my first time doing this and I am not sure if this is specific enough, but it is a start.

    I have 4 main goals I would like to accomplish the rest of the year:

    1. I want to finalize a way to measure and track the progress of students. I feel I meet with these small groups and am mostly working on number sense, but feel like I lose what our goal is and if anyone is actually making progress. Which leads to…

    2. Making/gathering activities/tasks which I will use to target each of the skills the kids are working on.

    3. I also want to gain more knowledge on number sense and how that progresses in kids and what I can do to help that along at the different ages and stages and what I can expect.

    4. Learn how to better communicate with the teachers in what I am doing and how I can support what is happening in their classroom.
