    My goals that I want to accomplish

    1. I want to create an environment that supports student talk in the math classroom. An environment where my students are asking each other meaningful mathematics questions, critiquing arguments, clarifying explanations, and leading purposeful discussions.

    2. I want to push myself to create one novel task, at least every other month, using technology. The tasks would be in the structure of a three-act math task or using math technology (Desmos, GeoGebra, TI-Nspire CX calculators) that support students in developing their understanding of math concepts.

    3. I want to grow my network of math educators in a way that allows for meaningful collaboration and accountability.
