I teach 11 & 12th grade level 1 & 2 students. Most of my students need to pass the Algebra State Test to graduate. They have failed math over and over and categorize themselves as “bad at math”. I hope I can help them change their minds and pass the test by making math easier to understand. I am ever hopeful. 🙂

    Hi Nancy,

I teach 7,8 and 9th grade math to special education students in a resource class. I feel like we have similar experiences. I just want to try to engage students and make math fun and interesting for them. What have you done, since you have joined this community?
