    My goal is to become confident in not only teaching my students their year level curriculum but I want to be able to address the learning gaps also. How do I do this in the time I have them and what do I do with the others? How do I enrich their learning and still be able to focus on EACH student and their individual needs.

    I also want to be able to track their learning and to see if the changes I am making are working and how do I show this.

    As for tracking, maybe check out the assessment for growth course as a place to start?
