    Going to get into the classes where the teachers are struggling to get all the students to work with math in a positive way.

    Gather materials, ideas, strategies and manipulatives to bring math to life in these classes.

    Getting my principal to understand it takes hours to do this, and therefor I need much more hours in my schedule for this important work
