    My current goals are:

    1. Introduce problem/activity-based learning to senior students in a virtual classroom.

    2. Find ways to move students away from memorizing steps & into thinking more critically.

    3. Learn how to use observations and conversations to create a mark (not just traditional tests and assignments).
