    I liked how she talked about that as leaders we need to understand where the teachers are coming from, and they need to understand where the leaders are coming from. We need to define our perspective of the nature of math and the nature of teaching math.

    Always great to hear from Pam. Her passion is contagious and always inspires me to mathematize with teachers and students. Really enjoyed seeing the comparison of models that are good for building relationships vs. good for building relationships & computing. Lots to think about.
