Welcome Jill! Looking forward to working with you! What would you say is a current struggle you’re looking to tackle?

I have two new teachers this year and the struggle is real. One is too independent and the other has no confidence at all. We use Open Up Resources for our math curriculum and it is a very different and challenging task to teach it. This is my 3rd year of using it and finally feeling like I got it. With all of this and then remote teaching layered on top, I am struggling to keep everyone positive.
