    My name is Lisa Schuermann. I teach 7th grade math in Indiana. I actually am a 1st – 5th grade, 6th and 7th non dept licensed teacher. My school really needed a 7th grade math teacher ( and I love math!), so I am teaching 7th grade math. It is very different from elementary school. I really enjoy it, and would like to add math to my teaching license. Since teaching middle school math is relatively new to me, I find it very challenging to move to online teaching. I want to engage my students, prepare them for next year, and continue to connect to them during this time.

    I received an email about transitioning to online teaching, and am grateful for any advice.

    Hello! I am just now in my second year of teaching 6th grade math. I was teaching college, so this is quite an adjustment! I am from Jeffersonville, IN. Are you anywhere close?
