Hi all! What resources can you recommend for finding ways to weave in social justice related math ideas. I have the book High School Math Lessons to Explore, Understand, and Respond to Social Injustice by Berry, Conway, Lawler, and Staley. It’s a good start. Would love to hear about tested activities!

Fantastic to hear that you’ve grabbed a great resource. What has been most helpful so far?

Jon and I have been on a journey to learn more about this ourselves. Would love to hear what others are learning about and trying.

I have a similar question. I recently bought a book (sorry, can’t think of the name), and I’m hoping it has good ideas. My school is #1 for most diverse student population, so I’d really love to think about ideas that support that diversity, including math around social justice.

Robert Q Berry has a new book out, but the name escapes me right now.
