Now I think I need to read Think Again. And consider my own (and others) bias when making decisions and planning curriculum.

New take-aways:
I need to find a balance between teaching my current standards and reteaching old ones.
Being a scientist is critical. Even when sharing my knowledge I should recognize I am not perfect and still have a lot to learn.
Questions:
How do I get better at being a scientist? What words or phrases can I use to show I am a good listener and lifelong learner?
How do I strike a balance between Politician and Scientist when convincing others that they should not use the traditional classroom method?
