    New take-aways:

I need to find a balance between teaching my current standards and reteaching old ones.

Being a scientist is critical. Even when sharing my knowledge I should recognize I am not perfect and still have a lot to learn.

    Questions:

How do I get better at being a scientist? What words or phrases can I use to show I am a good listener and lifelong learner?

How do I strike a balance between Politician and Scientist when convincing others that they should not use the traditional classroom method?
