    I teach at a school where the majority of my students are on free and reduced lunch. I found that getting them to trust me and showing them how education can help them in the future. I still have a couple who are digging their heels and not wanting to join the class but hopefully, I will be able to get through to him by the end of the year.

    I’ve found that surface level tasks to get them interested and immediate feedback to keep them engaged helps
