    My name is Tracy. I am a 4th Grade teacher at a public school. Math has always come pretty easily to me-I was a good rule follower. I remember wondering why the algorithms worked but was never encouraged to dig deeper. I want to encourage my students to be problem solvers and to persevere when the going gets tough. I want them to love math as much as I do. I have known about you both from Christina Tondevold’s Math Summit. I have just finished her Number Sense Course. I was happy to find your podcast and am excited to continue my journey.
