    Hi my name is Maria and I am a 3rd grade bilingual educator. This is my second career. My first career was working in the financial industry as a financial analyst. I love math but it is not being taught the way I learned. My hope is to learn strategies to teach math more conceptually and to make it interesting for my students. My students need to learn not only the language but content as well.
