    My name is Caryn. I am from Eastern Washington. I teach high school algebra and statistics. I hope to learn how to make more classroom more engaging.

      I am just beginning my journey so I don’t know yet what my big struggle will be. I want to work on getting my students more engaged in doing math and just being in the class to pass. When I get students in algebra 2, they have either given up on math or are the ones that are good at math. There is a very large divide in my classes between the love and hate of math. I want to inspire my students to love math again like they did when they were little.
