I feel like I do a good job of teaching the learning outcomes, but I struggle to get students motivated intrinsically. I am hoping to learn how to create lessons that teach students the learning outcomes, but also are engaging for students. I am curious to find ways to authentically assess students without the traditional paper and pencil test that assesses the proper usage of algorithms. With our province moving to online learning for the time being, this will be a challenge. However, it will also be a great opportunity for me to re-evaluate my teaching. Looking forward to tackling this goal!
