    I shared this episode with the staff at my school, along with my admin. My district is huge on the gradual release method and it’s what they want to see for our TTESS. It can be frustrating at times. Dr. Childs had some amazing tips and I wrote down his 6 stages. I also researched his books to purchase. I’m a huge audio book listener and I’m wondering if the guest would consider doing an audio book with a pdf of the important material. Awesome episode! Thank you for introducing me to Dr. Childs.
