    I would use the task for linear/proportional relationships and have the students create a graph/table/and equation.

    Issues: 1. not putting the items in the correct spots on the x & y axis 2. students making a bar graph 3. students making bars made up 3 sections going across the x axis or up the y axis. 4. some not even know how to start a graph 5. mixing up the table (flipping the columns). 6. students not focussing on totals of scoops vs # of cups.
