    Hello, my name is Sharon Imbert and I work as a 3-5 Instructional Coach in Dexter, Maine.  Before I became an Instructional Coach, I was trained as a Literacy Coach with the bulk of my experience being in K-3.  I have only been working as an Instructional Coach for two years when the district I work for was trying to address the inequity of coaching in our PK-8 building.  We had two literacy coaches (Pk-2, 3-5) and one math coach Pk-8.  The thought was that dividing up the grade levels would make services more equitable for all.  This led me to looking at ways to increase my math knowledge, which then led me to Making Math Moments that Matter.
