Loving your schedule here. Looks like a good lineup to build classroom culture.
Once you find that your classroom culture has built enough trust, risk-taking, discourse, you might consider swapping out one or more of those bell ringers with some math talks (i.e.: Number Talks by Sherry Perrish or Minilessons by Cathy Fosnot) to really hone in on number fluency.
Minilessons are my new favourite and both my students AND I learn something new each time I use them.
Also curious about your low-floor / high-ceiling tasks… while warm-ups do have a low floor, I wonder if @Jon is referring to tasks that promote reasoning and problem solving…
