Reply To: Mastery Days, Assessment and capturing the data

I’ve been doing a lot of reading, watching webinars (build math minds) and listening to podcasts. I don’t think I’m any further along in figuring out how to keep track of assessments. My principal would like to see pre, mid and post assessments as well – no idea how to do that when it’s spiraled and the final post may not be before I need to submit my marker students. This isn’t much help 🙂 

I would say for your Expert question – if it’s just a calculation error and they can fix it upon seeing it, that they get the ‘mark.’ They understand the content and just need to be reminded about taking time to review? 

I’ll be away for about a week but will report back on anything I come up with.
