    Hi Kathy,

    I think we all know the feeling. I find when I’m stressed about something or just feeling like I’m running out of time, I start to see signs of my old self showing up. The most important thing is having an awareness that you’re trying to make changes and that will help you catch yourself. We also don’t want to beat ourselves up over it either; let’s just keep pushing to try and move away from that “I do, we do, you do…” as our primary method of teaching.
