    Hi all!!

    So happy to be here, been following the podcasts / webinars … love them all!!  About 5 years ago our BC math association sent a couple people on a mission to the BC interior to deliver pretty much Peter Liljedahl’s SFU Math teaching ideas and I’ve been hooked ever since. With a student teacher in my class this year we have totally enjoyed watching math class be dynamic, interactive and filled with math discussion. Inspiring!

    I am looking forward to great things ahead in our district math program as more teachers are grasping the idea of teaching conceptually and allowing real math to happen, every day. It’s inspiring. Looking forward to watching this Academy grow!
