    I know this comment is from over 2 years ago, but I know some teachers may still be teaching virtually and some may be teaching in full-time online programs now. Zoom has the option for virtual breakout rooms (and the teacher can virtually pop in and out). Using breakout rooms in conjunction with a site like whiteboard.fi, you may be able to facilitate group work and discussion decently well (given the circumstances).
