I’m a fourth-year secondary math teacher. I have taught Algebra 1 in Las Vegas for the past two years at a double-blocked middle school. This coming year I’ll be teaching Algebra 1 in the high school setting, with a blocked schedule. Without the luxury of double-blocked instruction I am especially looking for ways to do more with less time – better engagement, more effective and deeper learning, etc.
I’ve really enjoyed the podcast in the past, which is why I’m here now.
