To me this is one of the reasons I have been trying to improve my practice. I have spent most of my teaching profession perfecting how to explain difficult concepts and always being the voice and the action. This is not how I want my students to learn, I want to see them take risks and chances themselves to see what thoughts and ideas they can come to. Putting the action on them instead of me is something that really intrigues me and I can’t wait to further this direction.To me this is one of the reasons I have been trying to improve my practice.
